Invite us and our beautiful birds of prey to your location for an unforgettable experience at your indoor or outdoor event, classroom, or party celebration. Choose any of the birds listed below to make your gathering truly special.

Presentations are taught by Vicki Gardner is a CA state-licensed general-class falconer. They can be tailored to any age group and will consist of sharing the bird's individual story, general fun facts about the bird's species, how the bird is used in falconry and conservation status and teaching aids like feathers and coloring pages for the kids in smaller groups/classroom style presentation.
PRESENTATION STYLES
Classroom style: Vicki will engage the entire group in a manner reminiscent of a teacher addressing a classroom. Her approach is well-suited for educational settings or small to medium-sized private events. With a duration of 30 minutes to 1 hour, Vicki will facilitate an interactive experience, ensuring that all guests are involved with Q&A and tactile material effectively. This setting fosters a conducive learning environment where questions and discussions can enhance understanding.
Meet & Greet style: Guests can interact with us and our birds individually during your event, asking questions and hearing stories in a personal setting. We can be at a booth and/or mingle with guests, making this suitable for restaurant events or larger public events where guests come and go. Duration: 1-3 hours.
OUR POLICIES
Cancellation Policy: We do not offer refunds, but you can reschedule or receive store credit for encounters or presentations. Store credit never expires. This policy also applies if we need to cancel your encounter due to bad weather, disasters, or illness.
Bird Safety policy: Our birds are wild creatures, not pets. Quietness and a slow approach are necessary for a pleasant experience for both the birds and guests. Safety instructions will be provided during the presentation to ensure everyone's well-being and the comfort of the birds. Respecting their wild nature is essential for fostering a positive interaction. Guests are welcome to take photos, selfies, and videos of the birds during the event.
Our Prices: Duration options: 30 min, 1-3 hrs
*First Bird/Falconer =$250 per hour
*Additional Bird/Falconer =$150 per hour/per bird
30 minutes: 1 Bird/Falconer =$150 per bird
Travel Fee: Round trip from our facilities to your location
Group sizes: 10-200+
After you submit your registration form, you will receive an event falconer contract to review and sign. To secure your date, please pay a non-refundable $100 deposit or the full amount. Thank you for your support! All proceeds go towards caring for our birds and future educational programs.
*We offer 20% discount for schools and non-profits! Must book a min 1 hour.
Availability: Friday ~ Monday
Travel Fee (round trip to and from your location) is a flat rate calculated based on the city where your venue is located. Below are the following cities we currently service. We are not able to travel to any locations beyond these listed at this time.
