FAQ

Q: Our event venue is requesting a COI from you. Are you insured?
— A: Yes!
Q: My dwelling has been taken over by pesty birds, can you bring your hawk to get rid of them?
— A: No, we do not offer abatement services. We are strictly a raptor educational business only.
Q: Do you allow observers?
— A: Yes! We offer an observer only ticket. All guests in your group must purchase a ticket.
Q: Do you offer Hawk Walks?
— A: No, we do not offer hawk walks at this time, where the bird free flies to guests' gloved hands out in a field. All our private encounters with the birds are done in the comfort of our backyard residence.
Q: I would love to contribute to your birds! How can I send my donation and are you tax-deductible?
— A: Thank you! We have a business Venmo account for those who wish to contribute to the care of our birds or aid in our educational outreach programs. However, we are not tax-deductible. Thank you for your support!

Thank you for supporting us!

Q: Can I take photos and videos of the birds while at my private encounter?
— A: Yes! Please take as many photos and videos to capture this amazing experience!
Q: We have small children under 7 years old. Can we still bring them to our private encounter, and what is the fee?
— A: Yes! All guests (all ages) must have a ticket. We recommend for participation in our private encounters that children be ages 7 and up. We do allow younger kids to attend. They are considered observers so purchase an observer ticket for them. Under 4 are free.
